My nickname was Gabby when I was younger because I loved to talk.
When I was little I loved going to the lake in the summer and making leaf dolls with my mom, riding on the tractor with my dad, and building forts with my brother.
I wrote the original version of Snickeyfritz when I was 17 years old.
I was voted "Weirdest" in high school.
Art was my favorite subject in school, with music running a close second.

I will always remember rocking out to the CD, 'Elton John Live in Australia' with my parents and brother during road trips in our mini-van.
I was the Minnesota State Wild Rice Queen from 1995-1996.
I often fouled out in Basketball games.
I met my husband in a kickboxing class during a summer break from college. It was the same summer that I produced and directed the two- act play, Snickeyfritz for the East Grand Forks Performing Arts Center.

My husband, Michael, and I were married in October on Friday the 13th.
Milwaukee is the city of festivals, and my favorite festival to go to every summer is the Renaissance Festival. I love to dress up, although I don’t always fit the time period!
Michael and I found out we were pregnant with Evey on Labor Day and we told our parents we were expecting on Grandparents Day. I love when things time out like that!

I consider myself a ‘motorcycle mama’ and look for any chance I can get to ride.
Every Sunday morning my daughter, Evey, and I paint our toenails, make pancakes and watch a musical together while Michael sleeps in.
I love to travel. Next stop SPAIN to celebrate Michael’s 30th Birthday!
I collect twin figures or spousal figures and whenever I travel somewhere I look to find something that comes in a pair to take home as a memory of that place.
My favorite holiday is mother's day.
